The Lite-Deck® ICF System is a lightweight, stay-in-place form made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and used to construct site-cast or precast concrete floors, roofs, decks, and walls for commercial, industrial and residential uses. Lite-Deck® provides structural strength through reinforced concrete and EPS insulation throughout.

LITE-DECK SRS (Steel Rib System)
Lite-Deck® SRS (Steel Rib System) is typically used to achieve large clearspans for floors, roofs, decks, and tilt-up applications. This formwork is manufactured to job specific specs and is available in 40+ foot lengths. 18 gauge steel ribs offer tremendous fastening strength and are fire resistant. The steel rib can be cut out and removed after placement of concrete to be reused within the construction of the structure.
LITE-DECK WRS (Wood Rib System)
Lite-Deck® WRS (Wood Rib System) Mostly used in residential applications, the Lite Deck Wood Rib System is a carpenter friendly formwork for jobsite fabrication and concrete forming. Locally available lumber is used in the rib to support the weight of concrete. The wood rib can be removed after placement of concrete to be reused within the construction of the structure.
LITE-DECK TILT®
LITE-DECK TILT is a lightweight cast in place tilt-up concrete wall system.The patented Lite-Deck TILT® system consists of expanded polystyrene panels and 18-guage steel attachment rails. The panels provide a fast, lightweight casting bed for all kinds of site-cast, tilt-up concrete walls. Insulation panels can be incorporated as part of an energy efficient wall with a nominal R-30 insulating value. Or, the panels can be modified to be used several times to cast conventional, non-insulated concrete walls.
